President
A career founder, Wayne’s worked within the casting industry since his teens in the 1960’s. Originally responsible for equipment maintenance, his hard work was quickly rewarded in the booming casting business with advancement and increased responsibilities. In 1974, Wayne took over GSC Foundries (now PAC Foundries) where he serviced accounts ranging from local Jim’s Machining to Boeing International. Wayne’s expertise with foundry engineering and process control, as well as his considerable job-shop management experience, has enabled Masters in Metal to immediately tackle potentially challenging jobs within the aerospace and medical fields. Wayne currently serves as the President and General Manager of Masters in Metal.
Dennis W. Haddox
Vice President
After several years in the fields of information technology and sales, Dennis entered the casting business in 1992. His background and fresh perspective enabled him to import the innovative, automated and precisely controlled character of technology into a process that predates written history. Dennis now supervises operations and sales efforts for Masters in Metal, as well as filling the seat of Vice-President, Sales.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Oxnard, California on the beautiful southern-and-central Pacific Coast. Eleven-thousand square feet and state-of-the-art equipment allow our crew to perform at a consistently exceptional level.
